Any damage or missing item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt
Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
Final Sale / discounted / personalized items are non-returnable
Refunds are processed within 30 days after receipt and inspection of returned items.
Shipping costs for returns may apply unless otherwise stated.
